10th December 09 : To commemorate the 61st anniversary of ‘World Human Rights day’ and to observe the ‘United Nations International Year For Human Rights Learning’, the Department of Political Science, St Xaviers College, Mapusa, Goa is held a State level Seminar on 10th December, 2009, in the college hall.
