12th January 2010 : The Abbé Faria Post Graduate Department of Psychology, St. Xavier’s College, Mapusa will be organizing a one day state level intercollegiate psychology festival, “PSYGNUS 2010” on 12^th January, 2010 at the St. Xavier’s College Seminar Hall at 10:00 am.The event is a blend of celebrating and creating awareness on psychology through the various competitions scheduled. The event will begin with the launch of the psychology magazine, “The Becoming 2010” initiated by the Abbé Faria Post Graduate Department of Psychology.The events at the festival are Psychodrama, Psygnotherapy, PsychoBlots, Psychosphere, Psychojive and Psygnus Times which will test the student’s knowledge and creative ability. Colleges offering a paper in psychology are invited to be a part of this event. 21st, 22nd, 23rd  December 09 :  Plus Points  the interclass  competions  were  held  which  was  won  by  the  TYBSc.

5th December 09 :  St Xavier’s College, Mapusa in association with Fundação Oriente and Instituto Camões celebrated ‘Portuguese Day’ on December 5^th in the college hall. The theme of the event was ‘Portugues Sem Fim’, depicting Portuguese culture.  Read more
